I’ve heard the same. Definitely sounds gross to me. I heard you can’t control yourself and people tend to have “accidents” in their pants. I’ll pass on that. I never took it and I don’t know anyone who has, but from what I’ve read it doesn’t seem worth it.

I take it with Nutrisystem and the abrocker system and I am perfectly FINE!!! I dunno where you guys here that stuff from my frieds and I(all on the same diet) have nothing wrong with ourselfs and DONT **** or **** PAINFUL!!! and my friend had her period on one of those weeks(i think it was last week) and she has major cramps but It relieved the cramping by 75%!!!
